FluxSpot is a product in development operated by DRY DOCK STUDIOS. This page describes the current marketing website and its marketing demonstrations. 01 / Website terms

Using this pre-launch site.

Scope and product status

“FluxSpot,” “we,” and “us” refer to DRY DOCK STUDIOS operating this website. The site introduces planned parking-discovery and related services. It is not a live parking reservation, navigation, payment, emergency, or enforcement service. Availability, launch timing, coverage, supported devices, integrations, commercial arrangements, and pricing may change during development.

Marketing films, maps, animations, confidence figures, discounts, manufacturer screens, and licensing labels are illustrative. They do not prove measured accuracy, a live integration, a merchant relationship, a signed license, government approval, or a right to use a particular parking space. An inquiry expresses interest; it is not a purchase or an accepted commercial contract.

Parking guidance and your responsibilities

A future observation or prediction may be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, unavailable, or superseded before you arrive. Weather, lighting, obstructions, camera outages, construction, road closures, another driver, or changes in restrictions can affect usefulness. A confidence score is an estimate, not a guarantee. An unknown state should not be treated as an available space.

You remain responsible for safe driving, lawful parking, posted signs, permits, accessible-space rules, meters, time limits, temporary restrictions, vehicle fit, and local conditions. A camera view or map cannot confer permission to park or override official instructions. Do not handle the app while driving where unsafe or prohibited. Pull over safely or have a passenger assist. Do not trespass, obstruct traffic, follow another vehicle, or interfere with another driver to obtain a space.

Permitted use

You may use this site for lawful personal evaluation and genuine business inquiries. Do not try to bypass security, disrupt service, scrape personal information or credentials, upload unlawful material, misrepresent an affiliation, or access cameras without authorization. No credential, API, camera feed, merchant offer, or intellectual-property license is granted by a marketing example.

Site branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names and marks remain with their owners; their appearance in marketing media does not imply endorsement. You may not use FluxSpot branding to imply a partnership without written permission.

Limits of the pre-launch materials

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these development materials are provided as available, without a promise of continuous service, a particular result, uninterrupted coverage, or fitness for a specific parking decision. We do not control streets, other drivers, property access, merchant performance, or third-party systems.

Nothing on this page excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waives nonwaivable consumer, privacy, security, or other statutory rights. It does not excuse fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where nonwaivable, or unlawful or deceptive practices. There is no representation that a disclaimer eliminates liability for tickets, towing, property loss, personal injury, privacy incidents, or other harm; responsibility depends on the facts and applicable law.

Massachusetts law and future agreements

Massachusetts law governs these website terms to the extent legally permitted, without removing mandatory protections that apply in another jurisdiction. Nothing here restricts lawful complaints to regulators, available small-claims remedies, or rights under Massachusetts General Laws chapter 93A. This pre-launch notice does not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

A production service will require an appropriate acceptance process and its own terms. Camera, property, merchant, OEM, SDK, fleet, and data arrangements require separate written agreements defining permissions, responsibilities, fees, service scope, data use, and risk allocation. Merely browsing this site does not purchase or activate those arrangements.

02 / Current website privacy

What happens to your information.

Information you enter

The inquiry form uses the name, email address, organization if provided, area, optional message, and selected interest to prepare an email draft. Until you choose to send the draft, those details remain in the page’s memory and are not submitted by this site to FluxSpot. They are not written to browser storage by the current form. Clearing the form or reloading the page removes the current in-page draft; your browser or mail app may separately retain information under its own settings.

If you send the email, DRY DOCK STUDIOS and the email providers handling the message receive the information you include. We use it to respond, evaluate your inquiry, and keep appropriate correspondence and business records. A request does not automatically subscribe you to recurring promotional email or a paid plan. Please do not send passwords, camera access tokens, payment-card details, government identifiers, sensitive personal information, or footage identifying other people through an inquiry.

Preferences and technical records

This site stores a manual appearance choice and motion preferences locally under fluxspot-appearance-choice and fluxspot-motion. They remain until you change them, return appearance to automatic, clear site data, or your browser removes them. On mobile, automatic appearance uses the browser’s local clock for light mode from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and dark mode overnight. This does not require location access or send your local time to FluxSpot. An older preview may have stored interest details under fluxspot-interest; the privacy-summary dialog offers a control that removes that legacy entry and clears the current form.

Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser or device information, and related access/security records to deliver and protect the site. Their retention follows the applicable provider configuration and legal requirements. This website has no advertising pixel, third-party analytics script, affiliate tracking code, or behavioral-advertising integration installed by us. Media, fonts, and site scripts are served with the site. A hosting provider’s own service or security processing is separate from that statement.

Location, camera access, and future services

This marketing website does not request your device location, camera, or microphone, and does not ingest live parking-camera feeds. It does not perform facial recognition or license-plate recognition. Do not infer the data practices of a future app or separate pilot from a marketing animation. Before new data collection is enabled, the relevant product or pilot must identify its collection, purposes, permissions, sharing, retention, and available choices in a specific notice.

Sharing, retention, and security

Inquiry information may be handled by providers supporting email, hosting, security, and business administration, and disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and security, or with your direction. We do not operate a sale or targeted-advertising program for inquiry details on this website. We keep inquiry correspondence as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate opportunities, maintain records, and meet legal obligations; the period can depend on whether a relationship develops, a dispute arises, or a legal hold applies.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be promised perfectly secure. Where applicable, legal security and incident-notification duties remain in effect, including duties under Massachusetts General Laws chapter 93H and applicable regulations. This notice is not a substitute for implementing the required safeguards.

Your choices

You can avoid submitting an inquiry, clear site preferences using your browser, clear the current form, decline future optional permissions, and contact us about access, correction, deletion, or a privacy concern. We may need reasonable verification and may retain information where legally permitted or required. We do not promise every request can be fulfilled in every circumstance or within a time period not established by the applicable law.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Links or mail apps you choose to open are subject to their own privacy practices.

03 / Camera & data notice

Coverage requires authorization.

The planned service is to turn authorized camera observations into useful parking information, rather than to publish unrestricted live video of people. This website does not activate a camera partnership, accept a camera feed, or grant access to camera equipment.

Before any camera pilot, the parties must establish the right to provide and process the relevant view, the lawful purpose, appropriate notice and permissions, field of view and masking, access controls, retention/deletion rules, provider responsibilities, security, and incident handling. A property owner’s willingness alone may not resolve tenant, visitor, public-space, contractual, privacy, or other rights.

Audio is not needed for parking-occupancy analysis. A pilot’s capture and processing settings must be reviewed so that ambient conversations are not inadvertently collected or intercepted. Massachusetts recording and privacy rules require specific review; a camera’s physical location does not by itself establish that every use is lawful.

Face or plate recognition, identification of individuals, public streaming, sensitive-location monitoring, secondary use, and transfers of identifiable footage are not authorized by this marketing site. Any proposed change requires separate legal, privacy, and technical review. Do not email camera credentials or identifiable footage in response to the partnership form.

04 / Advertising & affiliate disclosure

Clear offers. Clear relationships.

Local restaurant, laundry, and other neighborhood promotions shown here are marketing examples. Discounts, business names, walking times, claim buttons, and celebratory interactions in supplied films do not create an offer, establish affiliation, or confirm merchant participation. No discount on this site can currently be redeemed.

If paid promotions launch, a merchant may pay for placement or a campaign, and FluxSpot may receive a commission or other compensation for qualifying activity. A material commercial relationship will be identified close to the promotion using clear language such as “Sponsored” or an explanation that we may earn a commission. A footer-only notice is not intended to replace disclosure at the offer.

Merchant placement and parking guidance serve different purposes. Buying a promotion does not reserve curb space, guarantee parking, grant traffic privileges, or justify misleading availability information. Merchants must have authority to make the promotion and substantiate their claims.

Each future offer must state the actual merchant, benefit, eligible goods or services, redemption method, location, expiry or campaign dates, exclusions, availability, relevant fees/taxes, and whether it may be combined with other offers. The merchant supplies the goods or service and its fulfillment terms, subject to applicable law. An offer is not a cash balance or stored-value product merely because it appears in the app. Complaints about FluxSpot’s presentation can be sent to us; merchant-specific purchase concerns may also need to be raised with the merchant.

05 / Future subscriptions

No paid plan is sold here.

Subscription pricing is being evaluated. This website does not collect payment details, enroll you in automatic renewal, convert a free trial to a paid plan, or charge a cancellation fee. Early access does not lock a price unless a later explicit offer states that commitment.

Before any future recurring charge, the purchase flow must clearly disclose the full price, taxes or mandatory fees as applicable, billing frequency, renewal behavior, trial conditions if any, cancellation method, material limitations, and refund policy. It must obtain the required express consent and provide confirmation, notices, and a practical cancellation route. Annual billing must identify the annual amount charged, even if a monthly equivalent is also shown.

Future changes, renewal notices, cancellations, and refunds must follow the accepted agreement and applicable law. Nothing here replaces Massachusetts requirements addressing unfair or deceptive pricing and negative-option features, or applicable federal consumer protections. The final payment flow and legal terms require review before accepting money.
