The property opportunity

A useful perspective on the street.

Condo associations, commercial buildings, and other suitable properties can start a conversation about contributing an authorized view of street parking. The opportunity is to support parking visibility, rather than to rent private parking spaces.

Potential revenue sharing is part of the partnership discussion. Eligibility, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, and any commercial arrangement are evaluated and agreed separately; there is no guaranteed income or automatic enrollment.

How a partnership begins

Start with the view. Build with care.

Tell us about your property, city, and authority to discuss camera coverage. The team can then explore the view, technical suitability, and the practical conditions of a potential pilot.

Before any feed is connected, the parties need to establish permission, field of view, appropriate notice, security, access, retention, and responsibilities. Equipment and integration requirements depend on the property. Please do not email camera credentials, footage, or access tokens.

Launch and expansion

Boston first. More cities ahead.

Boston is our first launch focus. Miami, Los Angeles, and other U.S. and international markets form the expansion direction. Property conversations help us understand where suitable coverage could develop.

An inquiry starts a discussion. It does not activate a camera connection, establish a signed partnership, or confirm coverage in a city. The current marketing website does not collect live parking-camera feeds.

A clearer picture

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do I need to own private parking spaces?

The proposed partnership concerns a suitable, authorized camera view of parking. It is different from listing private spaces for rent.

Can every camera or building participate?

No. Authority, field of view, privacy, technical suitability, and local conditions need to be reviewed before a pilot can be agreed.

Is revenue sharing guaranteed?

No. Potential revenue sharing and any payments depend on eligibility and a separate written agreement. No income or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
